HR Recruitment Officer
Ljiljana Korica was born in Belgrade Serbia, where she obtained her BA in Greek Language and Literature from the Faculty of Philology. She continued her education at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece, and she gained an MA degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology. Later, she acquired an MA in Cultural Management from from University Lumiere Lyon 2 and University of Arts in Belgrade, and, finally MSc degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Cyprus.
Ljiljana has a 15-year of experience in the field of culture. She has collaborated with the most prominent Serbian cultural institutions, as well as the foreign ones, which are active in Serbia. Moreover, she worked on numerous cultural projects, led by different NGOs.
Although her positions always included implementing different HR policies, lately she dedicated herself fully to the field of HR, combining and implementing her knowledge and experience from different positions that she held.
She speaks fluently Greek, English and Serbian. She has also won international awards for her translation work, and recently, with her team, she was awarded the best HR project in 2022, by the Human Resources Development Authority in Cyprus.
Ljiljana is passionate about connecting culture and people and creating an environment for employees’ personal growth. Always eager to learn and achieve more, search for new paths to share and apply knowledge, she tries to motivate others and help them to become the best version of themselves. She is very adaptable, organized and hard-working and, as others say, has a great sense of humor. Ljiljana enjoys Iyengar yoga, riding bicycle and traveling.
