HR Recruitment Officer

Gestjan Mekshi, was born in Durres, Albania in 1997. In 2019 he conducted his undergraduate studies for Business Administration (BBA) at Epoka University in Tirana, Albania, and started his Master degree at the University of Milan in 2021, in the department of Human Resources. He is going to be graduated by july 2023. During his bachelor degree he explored different disciplines of business areas such as sales and marketing, human resources, project management, customer relations and so on. As for his work experience he has worked as sales coordinator, event organizer and lately in 2021 launched his first business and became branch Administrator and owner for an international education consultant company where he recruits students, that is were his passion for recruitment started. In these jobs and studying Human Resources Management he had to deal with different managers/mentors, therefore acquiring their qualities plus comprehending in a ton of significant things about administration and how to behave in various situations in the working environment, has inspired him for working in the Hr as recruitment officer also in the near future as an Hr business partner.
