Gözde Özüm Çıtak was born in Turkey. She graduated from Atılım University, department of Psychology in 2021.

She tried to participate in many special certificate programs, scientific research and projects that have contributed to her professional career. She received an applied education that avoids rote learning, and that will enable her to understand the process.

One of the things she learned in her undergraduate life is that there is no limit to learning. Therefore, she believes that she can constantly improve herself in this field. So, she decided to work as a Human Resources Business Partner and continuing her education to experience and progress in the industrial field one of psychology's sub-fields.

After graduating, she worked as a psychologist for a year. Afterwards, she had the opportunity to do a short-term internship in the field of human resources in different companies. She is currently doing a master's degree at IU International University of Applied Sciences department of Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
