Fidan Pashazada

HR Recruitment Officer

Fidan Pashazada was born in Baku, Azerbaijan, in 2001. She earned her bachelor's degree from the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industrial University's faculty of Business Administration- BBA.

She successfully defended the thesis work- Forms and Methods of Personnel Management in her final year of undergraduate study. She intend to pursue a master's degree at one of the Reputable International Universities in the future, after acquiring a little more experience while working here as an HR.

Her interest in the HR area started during her time in college but when she started working as an HR intern at FireWorks HRM it significantly increased.

She is currently advancing her career in this area while working as an HR assistant for Princeps Legem, a different recruitment and consultancy firm. In order to become a demanding and reputable HR specialist, she is really passionate about discovering new things and learning about all areas of the HR sector.
