Ece Ertürk

HR Recruitment Officer

Ece Ertürk was born in 2001 in Istanbul, Turkey. She obtained her bachelor's degree in Work and Organisational Psychology in 2024 from Erasmus University Rotterdam. After completing her studies she relocated to Oslo, Norway to start her career in human resources.

Currently, she is working as a Human Resources Recruitment Officer in Arcadia. Having navigated life in several countries, she has gained a perspective on cultural differences and diversity. With a keen interest in human behavior, dynamics in workplaces, change, and workplace safety, she aims to create an inclusive work environment that fosters well-being and support.

With an interest in art and education, she aims to contribute in this field. Ece enjoys interacting and gaining knowledge about people with different backgrounds and enhancing her experiences.
