Connie Mgiba was born in South Africa in 1999. She completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology at the North West University. Currently, she is pursuing an Honours degree in the same field at the University of Johannesburg. This program has equipped her with essential competencies, knowledge, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of human behaviour in a work environment, fuelling her passion for people development and productivity.

As a proactive team player, she excels in team work, and she is a hard worker which made her earn recognition as a member of the prestigious Golden Key International Honour Society. With her passion for learning, acquiring new skills and knowledge, Connie has also completed a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) Certificate. She thrives on continuous learning.

However, Connie's ambitions don't stop there. Her ultimate goal is to become an Industrial Psychologist, and she is actively working towards that dream by applying for a Master's Degree. With a passion for global engagement, she envisions contributing to other countries, embracing diverse cultures and perspectives. She firmly believes that people and their unique qualities are the driving force behind a team's success.
