Chryssa Argyriou

Chryssa Argyriou was born in Thessaloniki in 1998. From an early age, she developed a keen interest in languages, culture, and the history of art.
While pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Chryssa began working in the luxury hospitality industry. Over the course of eight years, she built a successful career in hospitality, culminating in her promotion to Talent Acquisition Specialist for corporate departments. In this role, she excelled at identifying candidates with strong motivation and exceptional soft skills, contributing significantly to team building and organizational growth.
During her master’s program in Human Resources, Chryssa gained a deep appreciation for strategic planning, risk management, and HR branding. She explored how the overall image of a company is profoundly influenced by its employees, shaping her understanding of HR’s pivotal role in fostering organizational success.
