Aybüke Canbey

HR Consultant

Aybüke Canbey, was born in Istanbul in 1999. She graduated with honors in Psychology at the Middle East Technical University in 2022 and started her Master's degree at the University of Milan in 2022 in the Department of Management of Human Resources. At the moment, she is still studying for her Master's degree at the same university.

During her Bachelor's degree, she practiced organizational psychology, clinical psychology, social psychology, and so on. In addition, since she took many data and statistics courses, she had the chance to write many articles and improve herself in this field. Therefore, she is very confident in her skills in writing, observing, interpreting, and reporting. Apart from that, she took part in several clinical psychology internships, served on the university's society boards, and always tried to stay active both academically and socially. Currently, she is continuing her master's at the University of Milan, aiming to become an HR specialist in the future. She believes that learning and development are never-ending journeys.

She chaired the Acapella society and took the stage to sing many times, including at the TEDx event. Thanks to such social activities, she had the chance to develop her leadership, teamwork, and managerial skills. Her current and future goals are to continue to be someone who is open to new experiences and always goes forward, both in her career and in her social life, and to strive to improve herself.
