Adriana Alves

HR Consultant

Adriana Alves was born in 1994 and is currently living in northern Portugal. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and master’s degree in Forensic Psychology.

She's been working mostly with domestic violence victims, but since then she found her passion for Human Resources and human development.

Thanks to that great interest, Adriana had the opportunity to expand her knowledge and start attending some courses related to HR and the recruitment field. Right now, she is enrolled in a postgraduate degree in HR Management.

Adriana accepted the challenge to be part of Arcadia so she could gain more experience and knowledge as an HR recruiter and also be able to help Arcadia's mission and values reach out to everyone.

In her free time, she loves to enjoy some playtime with her two cats, travel and watch her favorite TV show - Succession.
