Mariana Somensi is a Brazilian journalist who was born in 1994 in the countryside of São Paulo. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and is deeply committed to the idea that accurate and meaningful information is crucial for promoting positive social change.
Throughout her career, Mariana has gained extensive experience in editorial management, reporting, and creative writing. She has worked across the MENA region, Europe, and Latin America, covering diverse topics related to politics, finance, energy, and culture.
In addition to her professional pursuits, Mariana is an enthusiastic solo traveler, driven by a sense of adventure and a passion for exploring new cultures. With the ultimate goal of visiting every country in the world, she is continuously expanding her horizons and gaining new perspectives.
Volunteering is a significant part of Mariana's values. At the age of 18, she traveled to Egypt for the first time to contribute to a local initiative that promoted the diverse culture of the country's rural and desert areas.
