Kieran Spencer, born in 1995 and originally from the small town of Johnstown Pennsylvania in the United States, Kieran has a strong background in a variety of academic topics within the fields of law, international relations and public policy.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from Bilgi University in Turkey, a Master’s Degree in Public Policy and Security from Kaunas Technology University in Lithuania, and is working towards a Masters in Common Law at University College Dublin.
Kieran has a passion for connecting with other cultures, and has lived in 8 countries and travelled to over two dozen more. Kieran has also participated in a number of Model United Nations conferences where he has supervised un style debates on topics ranging from the impact of global warming on small island states to international responses to the 2017 crisis in Venezuela.
